MISSING LATERAL INCISORS AND RETAINED BABY TEETH
This young girl had congenitally missing lateral incisors. Her canines moved into
their position. In the back of her mouth, she was missing bicuspids and retained her primary teeth, thereby giving her an immature smile.

Before

After
After she had her primary (baby) teeth removed, her smile was restored with two porcelain veneers and two all porcelain bridges.
