Dr. John Ianzano, D.M.D.
After receiving his degree in engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Dr. John Ianzano went on to graduate studies and received his D.M.D. degree from Farleigh Dickinson University in 1980. He continued to study at the post doctoral level and received his Master of Science of Dentistry in Prosthodontics from Indiana University in 1983. He returned to New Jersey where he became Department Chairman of Dental Materials at UMD&J. He later became Director of Fixed Prosthodontics at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. During his academic tenures, Dr. Ianzano had the opportunity to publish many articles and contribute to several textbooks in the field of advanced restorative dentistry. He spent many years lecturing both nationally and internationally, teaching fellow dentists the finer points of advanced dental restorations. He was elected President of the Northeast chapter of American Association of Dental Research and he maintains memberships in many prestigious dental organizations.
Dr. John Varoscak, D.D.S.
Dr. John R. Varoscak, D.D.S earned his dental degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1969. The year of his graduation he was honored with the Annual Student Award by the American Academy of Periodontology. He went on to study Periodontics at the postgraduate level at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine where he received his certificate of training in Periodontics in 1971. Dr. Varoscak is a former faculty member of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He was Section Chief of Periodontics in the Department of Dentistry at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He has taught periodontology and pain management techniques to countless students and dentists, and has lectured and participated in numberous continuing education courses in the United States, Latin America and Europe. Dr. Varoscak is currently the Education Direction of the New York County Dental Society, is the co-founder and President of the New York Metropolitan Dental Study Club since 1974. Dr. Varoscak has a sub-specialty in the diagnosis and treatment of orofacial pain and has publish numerous artciles on this subject. He is also licensed to perform enteral sedation. Dr. Varoscak has maintained membership in many prestigious dental organizations and has been honored with fellowships in many professional societies. These include the New York County Dental Society, New York State Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Adaemy of Periodontology, New York Metropolitan Dental Study Club (President), America Pain Society, International Association for the Studio of Pain, Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society, American College of Dentists (Fellow), New York Academy of Dentists (Fellow) and international College of Dentists (Fellow.). Dr. Varoscak was also elected Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an international Honorary Dental Organization. He is also a founding member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health.
Dr. Irena Skibinsky
Dr. Irena Skibinsky is a board-certified General Dentist and has been practicing since 2011. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University graduating Summa Cum Laude and went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ where she was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. She completed her General Practice Residency at the Metropolitan Hospital in New York City. Being fluent in English, Russian and Spanish, Dr. Skibinsky can speak the many languages of her patients, making them feel at ease under her care.
