The Dr. Kurpis Two Visit Smile Makeover System™ is designed for qualified candidates and may not be appropriate for every patient. Candidacy can only be determined following a comprehensive clinical evaluation and diagnostic review performed by Dr. Kurpis and his team. This evaluation may include assessment of the teeth, existing restorations, bite relationship, gum health, bone support, facial aesthetics, x-rays, photographs, and overall oral condition.
Because long-term health, function, and stability are prioritized above cosmetic treatment alone, some patients may require preliminary care before beginning a smile makeover. Depending upon individual findings, treatment may include periodontal therapy to improve gum health, root canal treatment for infected or compromised teeth, treatment of active dental disease, bite correction, replacement of failing dentistry, implant treatment, extractions, or other procedures necessary to establish a healthy and stable foundation.
The term Two Visit Smile Makeover System™ applies to qualified cases following completion of the consultation, planning, and diagnostic process. While many patients are able to complete treatment in as few as two visits, treatment timelines, recommendations, and results vary based on each patient’s unique needs, oral health conditions, and treatment goals.
Treatment recommendations are based upon Dr. Kurpis’s clinical judgment and are designed to prioritize long-term oral health, function, aesthetics, and predictable outcomes.
